Arundhati Bhattacharya is the Chairperson and CEO of Salesforce India and South Asia, leading the company's strategic growth and digital transformation initiatives across the region. Under her leadership, Salesforce India has been instrumental in helping organisations reinvent their business models, future-proof their workforce, and navigate technological disruptions. Prior to joining Salesforce in 2020, Bhattacharya served as the first woman Chairperson of the State Bank of India (SBI), where she spearheaded the bank's digital transformation and led significant organisational changes. At Salesforce, Bhattacharya has focused on fostering a unified organisational culture and driving innovation through the company's core values: Trust, Customer Success, Innovation, Equality, and Sustainability. She has been a vocal advocate for lifelong learning and workforce agility, emphasising the importance of continuous skill development in the face of rapid technological advancements. |
Yuen Kuan Moon

As Group CEO since 1 January 2021, Yuen Kuan Moon has been instrumental in leading one of Singtel’s most ambitious transformations to reposition the Group for growth amid accelerated digitalisation and disruption in the telecommunications industry. This is captured in the Singtel28 plan which is designed to lift business performance, capitalise on growth trends to deliver sustained value realisation, while championing people and sustainability. The strategic reset he introduced at the start of his tenure has altered the fundamental make-up of the Group – redefining it along the lines of connectivity, digital services and digital infrastructure. Prior to his appointment as Group CEO, Moon ran Singtel’s consumer business in Singapore as CEO since 2012. He was also responsible for the Group’s digital transformation, double hatting as the Group’s Chief Digital Officer from 2018 to 2020. Moon sits on the boards of Singtel and its key subsidiaries and has been serving on the Board of Commissioners of Telkomsel since 2009. In addition, Moon is a board member of the Defence Science and Technology Agency and the Singapore Institute of Management, besides being the Chairman of the Ngee Ann Polytechnic Council. |

Musa Fazal

Musa Fazal is the Chief Policy Officer at the Singapore Business Federation (SBF), where he leads the Advocacy and Planning Division. In this role, he drives SBF’s efforts to advance the interests of Singapore businesses by shaping policies both locally and internationally. Musa is instrumental in SBF’s efforts in advocating for policies that support business transformation and international economic engagement. The organisation has launched initiatives to promote sustainability, digitalisation, and talent development among businesses. Additionally, SBF has facilitated international collaborations and partnerships to enhance the global competitiveness of Singaporean enterprises. Prior to joining SBF in November 2023, Musa spent over 17 years in the Singapore Public Service, holding various leadership positions in organisations such as the Monetary Authority of Singapore, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Manpower, and Ministry of Trade and Industry. Notably, he served as Senior Director of the Futures, Strategy and Plans Division at the Ministry of Trade and Industry, where he drove strategic planning efforts for the Singapore economy and served as secretary to the Future Economy Council. |
Jane Lim

Jane Lim is the Deputy Secretary (Trade and International Economic Relations) at the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI), Singapore. She is responsible for Singapore’s trade and external economic relations. This includes the negotiation and implementation of Free Trade Agreements, Digital Economy Agreements and carbon credit agreements with Singapore’s trading partners, as well as promoting Singapore’s interests and regional economic integration at regional and multilateral fora. She is on the board of the National Library Board, Institute for South Asian Studies, NTU-SBF Centre for African Studies and SGTradex. As the Assistant Chief Executive of the Sectoral Transformation Group in the Infocomm Media Development Authority of Singapore (2018-2021), Jane led the drive for digital transformation of industry sectors and enterprises to accelerate the growth of Singapore’s digital economy. In 2020, she was nominated to the inaugural list of Singapore’s 100 Women in Technology. Her other experiences in public service include public finance and social policies, energy market planning, manpower planning and policy, and intellectual property policy development. Jane has an MBA from the Sloan Fellows Program in the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She also holds a Masters in Political Science with MIT and majored in both Biological Sciences and Government at Cornell University. She is married with two daughters. |
Kenny Tan

Kenny Tan is the Deputy Secretary (Workforce) at the Ministry of Manpower (MOM). His mission is to empower Singaporeans in achieving career progression and retirement adequacy. Kenny’s work in MOM involves collaborating with tripartite partners to implement active labour market programmes and foreign workforce policies that support economic and workforce transformation, creating good jobs for Singaporeans. Through the Central Provident Fund Board, MOM also implements the national social security savings scheme. Prior to his current role, Kenny held various positions in the Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Finance, and the Singapore Police Force. He currently serves on the boards of the Central Provident Fund Board, Singapore Land Authority and the Institute for Human Resource Professionals. |

Kevin Lai

Kevin Lai is an advisor to Boards and CEOs, with a particular focus on health, where he is the Co-Head for the Global Health Practice. He serves private and public companies on succession planning for CEO, other C-level positions and Non-Executive positions and advises clients on CEO development, top team effectiveness, and board effectiveness. Kevin is a trained and certified Integral Coach by New Ventures West. Kevin is passionate about professional development in Singapore. He supports the Singapore Institute of Directors by training new directors through their Listed Entity Directors and the Board Readiness Programs. Additionally, he mentors several healthcare start-ups founded by young entrepreneurs in Singapore and coaches CEOs of promising local companies. Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Kevin was an Executive Director of the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB). |
Ong Ai Hua

Ong Ai Hua is currently the Deputy Secretary (Family and Society) in the Ministry of Social and Family Development. Her portfolio includes early childhood, families, persons with disabilities and women’s development. Prior to public service, Ai Hua had 30 years of service with Johnson & Johnson (J&J). She served as the Asia Pacific business leader for more than 2 decades in both Pharmaceuticals and MedTech segments of J&J. Her last role before retirement from J&J was head of Government Affairs and Policy for Pharmaceuticals, MedTech, and Consumer Health in Asia Pacific. Ai Hua was the Company Group Chair for the Pharmaceutical business of Johnson & Johnson 2017-2020 and led a team of more than 7000 employees across Asia Pacific with responsibility for regionwide pharmaceutical operations, including in the key markets of Japan and China. She previously served as President of One J&J Southeast Asia, where she helped pioneer and implement J&J’s first-ever, one-company enterprise business model encompassing pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and consumer health. She also led the MedTech business for J&J Medical China to high growth, pioneered the incubator model for market appropriate products and led a team to make J&J’s first acquisition for the MedTech segment in China. A champion for talent, Ai Hua mentored many employees in the region and globally. She worked closely with the APAC Regional Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Council to develop a strategy that connected DEI to innovation and business growth. Ai Hua is a strong advocate for women in leadership; she mentors young adults from local universities and the Young Women’s Leadership Connection Mentorship Program. She co-founded a not-for-profit initiative Asia Mentor Circle to mentor next generation of healthcare leaders from the region. Ai Hua also served as Chair of Global Community Impact for J&J for 8 years. During her time, she created a unified strategy across APAC, mobilized a skill-based employee volunteering program and piloted an impact investment program. She is also a committed volunteer in the pet therapy program and council member at the Dover Park Hospice, an advisory board member of Lee Kong Chian School of Business and board member of Communicable Disease Agency. |
Wong Kang Jet

Wong Kang Jet has been the Chief Executive Officer of the National Environment Agency in Singapore since April 2023. The National Environment Agency is the leading public organisation responsible for ensuring a clean and sustainable environment for Singapore. Its key roles are to promote sustainability and resource efficiency, create a safe, and conducive living environment, maintain high public health standards, and provide timely and reliable meteorological information. Prior to his current appointment, Kang Jet was Principal Private Secretary to the Deputy Prime Minister. Kang Jet started his public service career at the Ministry of Finance. He has also worked in the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Education, and the Strategy Group of the Prime Minister’s Office. Kang Jet graduated with a Master’s Degree in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford. |

Foo Siang-Tse

Foo Siang-tse is Senior Partner of Cyber for NCS Group, leading our cybersecurity business and driving its growth regionally. He is also responsible for internal cybersecurity functions across NCS Group. Siang-tse brings with him extensive experience in IT, security and operations from the public sector and in leading cybersecurity, strategy, and mergers & acquisitions in the private sector. Prior to joining NCS, he was Managing Director, Head of Public Sector at Temus, a digital transformation platform jointly formed by Temasek and UST. Before that, Siang-tse held key leadership positions in Certis Group, Quann Asia Pacific, and in various Singapore government ministries. At the Certis Group, he was responsible for several corporate functions and was their Group Chief Information Security Officer concurrently. Prior to that, Siang-tse was the CEO of Quann Asia Pacific, one of Asia’s largest cybersecurity Managed Services Providers. He had also served in the Administrative Service of the Singapore Government, where his last appointment was Senior Director in the Ministry of Home Affairs. Siang-tse serves on the Board of Singapore LNG Corporation and the Ministry of Home Affairs’ Institutional Discipline Advisory Committee. He is also a member of the Young Presidents’ Organisation. Siang-tse graduated from the University of Cambridge, with graduate degrees from Stanford University and Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. |
Ng Chad-Son

Ng Chad-Son is the Chief Executive of Singapore’s Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA). He previously served as Deputy Secretary (Technology) and Future Systems and Technology Architect at the Ministry of Defence, where he oversaw technology roadmapping, industry development and defence R&D investments. He was also Director of Military Intelligence and Chief of Command, Control, Communications, Computer and Intelligence (C4I) in the Singapore Armed Forces, where he played a pivotal role in the formation of the SAF’s Digital and Intelligence Service. During Chad-Son’s years of service in defence technology and public sector leadership, he has driven transformation efforts to make Singapore’s defence technology community more agile, innovative, and future-ready. He also contributed to Small and Medium Enterprise development and national R&D development as Director of Research and Enterprise Division at the Ministry of Trade and Industry. |
Sim Feng-Ji

Sim Feng-Ji serves as the Deputy Secretary (Smart Nation and Digital Government) at the Ministry of Digital Development and Information (MDDI), where he leads Singapore’s digital transformation efforts to build a resilient and innovative public sector. He focuses on enhancing digital government services, urban living, transport, and business operations to prepare Singapore for future disruptions and technological discontinuities. Additionally, Feng-Ji currently serves on the board of Enterprise Singapore. Before his present role, Feng-Ji was Divisional Director of the Income Security Policy Division at the Ministry of Manpower, overseeing policies related to the Central Provident Fund (CPF), income security, and financial planning. He also served on the board of the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore for six years. |
